- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Never dealt with them before and was going to be a new patient.. Not now as encountering ingnorance on their so called policy amd trying to hold me 48 hr notice of cancel when policy is 24-48hr. Nothing i can control when i got hit with postnasal from allergies. Then the audacity that she says she was there all day.. Well answer the phone!!! So insinuating I never called at all..I Was so ready to go over and show the dimwit my callers log..told policy for 48 hr notice yet message says 25-48hrs..had to threatened to call BBB and consumer protection from billing my insurance.. Fresh out of school... Green behind the ears.. Money hungry go to another dentistry who wont try to gouge you from a lame policy and should change their voice messaging service. Tried calling several times and finally had to leave a message. Im going somewhere friendlier and flexible and fair.
