Reviews about Ontario Health Clinics - Brantford FHO
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪All they do is prescribe you on different drugs... I've made appointments for urgent matters countless of times, and all they do is put me on a different med. I know my body and something isn't right... really wish I could find a different family doctor.. one that actually cares and takes the time to hear your concerns.by Tierra KenyonOctober 31, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Does anyone know of a doctor WHO IS TAKING NEW PATIENTS where you can get in the same day and not have to wait to see the doctor? I'm grateful to have a place where I don't have to find a new doctor every time one of them retires, goes into research, moves to the states, or loses his license, all of which have happened to me before. I bring a book and wait. And yes, Spaxman and Galliver are outstanding. Dr Dhillon in the pain clinic is also very good.by Sandra CarterSeptember 26, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is HORRIBLE! I was 5 minutes late for my first appointment with them and they refused to see me.Fine. I bit the bullet and was at least glad that I did not have to pay for parking. This morning I was the "second or third person to call" according to the receptionist, for my 1 yr old who woke up with a terrible cough and trouble breathing. I tried calling back three times over the course of two hours, each time asking for a name of anyone I was talking to (and not getting one), a time estimate and again mentioning my daughters age and trouble breathing. Finally the nurse called me back to say that she had no appointments left for the day...I WAS THE THIRD PERSON TO CALL IN! With a toddler who has trouble breathing!! I was told that I had to go to the Willet. Which btw I'm surprised has not been shut down. (witnessed an EA pull soiled linen out of a hamper with bare hands, then immediately make up a new bed for an incoming patient). Linda the nurse said that if I did not want to go to the Willet, I should head down to emerge. There should be an option for 0 stars or a warning button. Currently seeking a new family physician.by Mea BouletteApril 23, 2017
